We are thrilled and honoured to have won a Charity Award in the Children and Youth Category for Little Lullaby, our young parents project!

The standard among the shortlisted organisations was incredibly high and we were delighted to be listed alongside Leap Confronting Conflict and Wave Project.

The awards were held on 8th June at The Pavilion, in the grounds of the Tower of London. Our volunteer Young Parent Ambassadors on Little Lullaby UK give up their time to educate and advise other young parents on sleeping their baby safely, and last Thursday we were able to say ‘thank you’ to some of them by taking them along to the Charity Awards , thanks to support from MTV.

More about our work with young parents

Run by The Lullaby Trust and backed by the Big Lottery Fund, Little Lullaby wants to stop all unexpected deaths of babies and toddlers born to young parents. We want young parents to feel better informed, more confident and less isolated through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

With the help of our Young Parent Ambassadors, we spread safer sleep advice to young parents aged 25 or under through our safer sleep workshops, our website and our work with professionals.
